Managing Director and Founding Partner -- Redpoint Ventures

Brad Jones is a founding partner of Redpoint Ventures. Prior to founding Redpoint, he was a general partner with Brentwood Venture Capital. Mr. Jones has managed successful investments in communications, software, semiconductors, Internet infrastructure, Internet commerce and Internet content. He has led investments in communications companies such as Multilink Technology (MLTCD) and ComCore/National Semiconductor (NSM), Internet companies such as Sandpiper Networks/Digital Island/Cable and Wireless (CWP) and Stamps.com (STMP), and in software companies such as Apriso and Filenet (FILE). Brad has a B.S. in Chemistry and an M.S. in Physics from Harvard University. He also holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a J.D. from the Stanford Law School.

General Partner -- Mission Ventures

Leo Spiegel was President of Digital Island, Inc., a leading provider of global e-business network and content delivery services. He joined Digital Island as a result of a merger with Sandpiper Networks, Inc., the world's first content delivery service provider for the Internet, where he was the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. In addition to his service as a director at Vativ, Leo is a member of the Board of Directors of Akonix Systems, SnapBridge Software and Widcomm, and is actively involved as a Board Observer for Entropic Communications. Mr. Spiegel is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Management Sciences.

Managing Director -- InnoCal Venture Capital

Rick Gold, Managing Director, joined InnoCal in 2004. He has more than 25 years of experience in the electronics industry, encompassing engineering, manufacturing, marketing and general management. Rick began his career as an engineer with Hewlett-Packard and has subsequently been a founder and/or CEO of six semiconductor and communications technology start-ups: International Microsystems, Adams- Russell Semiconductor, Pacific Monolithics, Genoa, Radia Communications and Nova Crystals. He has also been active as a strategic advisor to early- stage ventures in the US and Europe. He currently serves on the board of directors of California Amplifier, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAMP) and is a past member of the executive committee of the Wireless Communications Association. He received a BS in engineering physics from Cornell University, an MBA from Northeastern University and a PhD in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Vice President -- Intel Capital (Board Observer)

Curt J. Nichols is vice president of Intel Capital and director of Digital Home Sector for Intel Corporation. He is responsible for overseeing the Intel Digital Home Fund announced in January 2004. Previously, he was vice president in the Wireless Communications and Computing Group where he was co-general manager of Intel's Flash Products Group. Nichols was also the marketing director of the Pentium Processor Division from 1993-1994 and oversaw the successful launch of the original Pentium Processor. Prior to that Nichols held various sales, sales management and marketing positions in North America. Nichols earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Utah in 1980.
